You can read every guide, checklist, and legal reference on AUREN without creating an account, without cookies, and without any analytics or advertising trackers. We do not build a profile of visitors to this site.
When you send a message to the AUREN chat assistant, it is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Your conversation is held only in your browser for the duration of your visit — it is not written to our database and is lost when you close or refresh the page.
If you choose to subscribe to the AUREN newsletter, we store the email address you provide, solely so we can send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time; we do not use this address for any other purpose or share it with third parties.
To prevent automated abuse of the chat assistant and newsletter form, we temporarily check the IP address a request comes from against a short-term, in-memory rate limit. This is not linked to any personal profile and is not permanently stored.
Contact and feedback links on this site open your own email application (a "mailto" link) — any message you send goes directly to hello@ifairy.co.uk, using your own email provider, not a form submitted to our servers.
AUREN has a separate, password-protected administration area used only by iFairy Studios CIC staff to manage site content. It uses one strictly necessary session cookie to keep a staff member logged in. This area is not part of the public site and members of the public do not receive this cookie.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you (such as a newsletter subscription), and to ask us to correct or delete it. Contact hello@ifairy.co.uk to exercise these rights.
